Headquartered in Little Rock, AR, BEIGE was launched in 2015 when founder and creative director Ashley Peeples noticed a lack of high-quality, simplistic, and versatile pieces for the modern woman. What started as a love for fashion and styling, she wanted to turn her passion into a business. Her goal was to simplify the complications of a cluttered wardrobe by stocking a carefully curated selection of clothing and lifestyle pieces.

BEIGE came to us with a problem most retailers experience, and the problem was that they were not taking full advantage of their online presence. 

We created a custom Shopify template for their online website, mobile app for Apple and Android devices and gave BEIGE a way to communicate with their customers through text messages. This has all contributed to a 770% growth in online sales.....yes you heard us right. 770%. 

The mobile app we created for BEIGE is slick and top of the line. Syncing seamlessly with their website Shopify inventory, products can be updated in real time and customers can check out with multiple payment methods. 

Like almost any online retailer, communication with customers is a top priority. The way customers communicate with their favorite brands is also changing. Gone are the days of sending an email to a store's "info@" email address and waiting days for a reply. 

We integrated business chat into BEIGE's online website which allows customers to directly text message with the store in real time, while also providing BEIGE with a uniquely branded customer experience. 

When a custom selects the "chat now" icon on the website, the customer is taken to the iMessage tab on their phone. From there, they will see the BEIGE logo pre-populated in the header of the text message. When a customer sends a message, the store is notified immediately and can answer in real time.
